For the annual Bidvest Golf Day, WACO partnered with us to elevate their brand presence by sponsoring a hole at the prestigious Bryanston Country Club.

Design

The goal was to create a memorable, high-impact experience for players while reinforcing WACO’s identity as a trusted industrial electrical distributor.

Implementation

We developed a fully branded, visually striking activation that aligned with WACO’s bold identity. The setup included: Custom branded swag for golfers to take home WACO-branded chocolates as a premium, memorable giveaway Curated event furniture to create a stylish and comfortable lounge-like setup Professional promo staff to welcome players, interact with guests, and drive brand awareness throughout the day The stand design showcased WACO’s flagship 30W LED Floodlight, creating a strong product focus that stood out along the course.

Analysis

The activation achieved excellent engagement, drawing consistent foot traffic and generating positive interactions with golfers and attendees. WACO’s presence was both prominent and polished, strengthening brand visibility and positioning them as an innovative, client-focused partner within the Bidvest community. The combination of branded elements, a striking setup, and friendly promotional staff ensured WACO made a lasting impression at one of the year’s most important networking events.
