Entle Enterprise provides branding, design, print, and promotional services. All services are provided in accordance with project proposals, quotes, or agreements issued by Entle Enterprise.

2. Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required before work commences, and final payment is due according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.

3. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Entle Enterprise remain the intellectual property of Entle Enterprise until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of delivered materials transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Entle Enterprise retains the right to use work for promotional purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals required for project completion. Delays in providing this information may affect timelines and deadlines.

5. Revisions
Entle Enterprise includes a defined number of revisions in each project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be agreed upon before proceeding.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared in the course of working together. Entle Enterprise will not disclose client information without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Entle Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services provided.

8. Website Use
You agree to use our website in a lawful manner and not to engage in activities that may damage, disable, or interfere with its functionality or security.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms
Entle Enterprise reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
